God's Feasts

The biblical feasts were given to Israel, yet their meaning reaches far beyond one people—they reveal God’s story, His timing, and His heart for all nations. For Gentile believers, the feasts offer a way to step into the rhythm of Scripture, to see Jesus in His fullness, and to connect more deeply with the roots of the faith      they have been grafted into. Exploring the feasts isn’t about becoming Jewish, but about discovering the richness of God’s redemptive plan and the beauty woven through His appointed times.

One of the most exciting things we discovered was that each of God’s Feasts points to prophecy—some already fulfilled, and others still to come. Suddenly, there was a whole new depth and richness to explore. But knowing where to begin wasn’t always clear. We listened to one teaching here, found a helpful book there, and slowly our understanding grew. Even now, each year brings new insight.

The verse that captures this best for us is Colossians 2:17:
“These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.” (NLT)

Jesus—Yeshua—fulfilled the Spring Feasts, and His return will bring the fulfilment of the Autumn Feasts.

When we first learned about God’s Feasts, Pete felt we needed to fully understand what to do before beginning. But as we started keeping them, it became clear that learning by doing was the better way. And that has shaped how we now view this walk of faith. Sometimes you step into the unknown, but soon the next step appears. As you keep walking, things gradually become clearer.
