Welcome to
Biblical Roots Hub

I love Israel.

Not just as a place on a map, but as the living story of God unfolding through history — through land, people, Scripture, and promise.

I created this hub because I longed for a space where others could connect to Israel in a meaningful way — whether they are just beginning to explore or have been walking this road for years. So many people feel drawn to Israel but don’t always know where to begin. Others want to go deeper — into Torah, into the biblical feasts, into the Temple, into the Jewish context of Scripture — but aren’t sure how to navigate it.

This website is my attempt to gather those pathways into one place.

Here you can connect to Israel through books that have shaped my thinking, through teachers who have helped me see more clearly, through articles and teachings that wrestle honestly with big questions, and through learning about the feasts, the Torah, and the unfolding story of redemption.

It’s not about replacing anything. It’s not about becoming something you’re not. It’s about drawing closer — to the God of Israel, to His Word in its original context, and to the people and land through whom so much of that story flows.

Whether you are new or seasoned, curious or committed, I hope this space helps you connect, learn, and grow — from roots to branches.

About the Norton Family

After discovering the significance of Torah, it took some time for us to also grasp the importance of the Land and the people of Israel. In February 2020, Pete travelled to Israel on a volunteering trip that proved to be life-changing. He returned with a clear sense of vision, and in response we chose to simplify our lives—letting go of most of our possessions and our rented home—in order to pursue an opportunity to volunteer in the Land.

What followed were two unexpected yet formative seasons of waiting, marked by what we came to see as purposeful periods of “homelessness” while preparing to return to Israel. We now find ourselves in a third season of waiting. You can follow more of this journey on our blog.
